  1. Returns:

 We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note there will be a NO return policy on personalised printed rashies. No exceptions.

  1. Refunds:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business day.

  1. Exchanges:

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for size, please contact us at littlerashiesociety@outlook.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Certain items are non-returnable, including personalised or customised products. Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of your item for a return.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
